Chromebox - Reboot Instructions
STEP 1: REBOOT PLAYER
a) Press and hold the power button on the device until the blue indicator light goes off
b) Unplug the Power cable on the device
c) Plug in the power cable to power on
STEP 2: CONTACT SUPPORT
a) Following the above troubleshooting measures, please contact UBI Support by selecting "Submit a Ticket" at the top right of this page or by phone at (705) 722-4043 #246 to confirm connectivity
